Prior to placing the pack into the microwave, make sure pack is flattened and gel is evenly dispersed throughout.

Heat for 30 seconds and allow to cool for 1 minute. Depending on your microwave additional heat may be required. If additional heat is required, heat for 10-15 second intervals. If pack is too hot, allow pack to cool to desired temperature before use.

Heat initially for 75 seconds. Allow pack to cool for the same amount of time before removing from microwave. If additional heat is required, heat for 10-15 second intervals.
Wrap entire pack with towel prior to use.
For your convenience, take note of heating method and time required for future use.
